Soy Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup of soy milk/skim milk*
1 tablespoon of sugar**
a splash of vanilla
Blend Away and Enjoy!
*DaNae's Note: If you are avoiding soy or dairy products, you can use any nut milk like almond, cashew, or hazelnut. You can also use either oat milk or hemp milk. The options are almost endless!
**DaNae's Note: For a healthier option instead of sugar, try using a tablespoon of agave nectar or honey or a teaspoon of stevia.
