Strawberry Health Drink

Strawberry Health Drink
1 banana
1 large clump of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
5 or 6 blueberries
1 cup of soy milk*
6 or so ice cubes
Blend, and if needed add more soy milk.
*DaNae's Note: If you are avoiding soy products, you can use any nut milk like almond, cashew, or hazelnut. You can also use either oat milk or hemp milk. The options are almost endless!
