Sunrise Oatmeal Muscle Smoothie

1 c. Frozen Strawberry, Pineapple, Mango Mix
1 Handful Frozen Blueberries
1 1/2 c. Orange Juice
1/3 c. Steel Cut Oats
1/4 c. Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
6 oz. Vanilla Creme Muscle Milk Light

Combine everything in the blender. Blend on high until all of the ingredients are smooth.
