Switching to a healthy diet with smoothies!

I just wanted to say thank you. I am only on day three of trying to switch from a wholly processed junk-food diet to a raw, or raw-vegetarian diet. I made my fourth smoothie based on your recipe and information about Kale. I modified the recipe, but it was wonderful. I could barely taste any green at all. It's like having desert at every meal, and knowing it's 100% healthy.
My recipe was 1 cup water, 1.5 cups strawberries, 1 banana, 10 white grapes, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 carrot, 5 baby spinach leaves, 2 fistfuls of kale, 2 fistfuls of collard greens. Delicious!
