I have been drinking:
Tasty Smoothie Meal Replacement Grind 2 tbsp. Flax seeds with a small handful each of pumpkin seeds and almonds
Add 2 cups of water, one handful each of blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries, and one small banana with a small piece of raw ginger and 1/4 cup of yogurt. Blend thoroughly and add 2 tbsp. of protein powder (optional) and blend again. ENJOY!
