Two Easy Smoothie Superfood Supplements

I take 2 tablespoons of quinoa (uncooked) along with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. I grind them dry in a blender and then make any smoothie that I want with these additions.

I am loosing weight and gaining vital energy! My health has improved greatly in the past six months and I am eighty years young.

Thank you so much for sharing your smoothie tips with us! I am super excited that you are finding a boost in your health by only adding a couple of ingredients in your smoothies.

I have used chia seeds many times in my smoothies. They are great for young kids' brain development. They are also a terrific boost for healthy joints and skin.

I've never used quinoa in my smoothies. I have used it in many of my cooked recipes. It is a healthy way to add a vegan protein into the diet. I will have to try adding quinoa in my next smoothie.
