Vegan Protein Green Smoothie

I just received this vegan protein powder as a sample at a health store. So I decided to try blending up a vegan protein green smoothie.

It was okay. It was quite filling. The consistancy was deffinatly thicker that I am used too.

I didn't add that many greens as I wanted to see what the protein powder tasted like. Next time, I'll put more greens in.

Vegan Protein Green Smoothie
1 banana
2-4 lettuce leaves
3/4 cup blueberries, frozen
1 packet of Tru-Food Vegan Powder
1 cup water
1 cup ice

Blend everything together for 50 seconds. This smoothie recipe made enough for one person to drink for one meal.
