1/2 cup blueberries
1 medium banana, peeled
4 leaves of kale torn into pieces (stems too!!)
1 cup of cold water
1/2 cup of ice (optional)
Blend and enjoy!!
*DaNae's Note: This recipe looks similar to what I like to blend up. I absolutely love the fact that if you have enough blueberries in the smoothie, it is a beautiful purple color!
Having a pretty smoothie makes it easier to get the kids and picky adults to drink a "green smoothie".
