3 clemintines, peeled
1 teaspoon of sugar*
2 cups of milk**
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend till smooth. Serve
*(DaNae's Note) A healthier substitute for sugar would be stevia, agave nectar, or honey.
**(DaNae's Note) A substitute for people allergic to milk would be almond milk or coconut milk. You could also make your own nut milk by blending 1/3 cup raw nuts of choice and 2 cups of water. Then add the rest of the ingredients in the smoothie recipe and blend again.
