Weight loss Tip # 4
by S
(UK)
I wanted to add a crucial factor for weight loss - water. The more water you drink the more weight loss you can achieve.
Water will flush out toxins from your body that are holding on to all that fat. Once the liver has been detoxed, it can start helping in the weight loss process. Aim to drink at least 1 litre in the morning and 1 litre in the evening to begin with, and building up to about 4 litres each day. You can add a freshly squeezed lemon if you find it hard to drink plain water.
For most people this is a very challenging task - after all, we are all on the go and the more water we have the more toilet runs we will need to do! But after the body gets used to that amount, it should stabilize and adjust itself so that you are not spending your life in the bathroom.

S,
Thank you for your input on weight loss. You are right that we need to drink more water in order to lose weight. I would like to add that we need to be drinking pure water as well.
If we want our bodies to remove those toxins already inside, then we need to drink water without toxins. Otherwise, our bodies will have to filter out the toxins from the water first. Hence... more stress on our bodies.
Also, many times when we get dehydrated... the signal for thirst can be confused for hunger. If you keep your body hydrated, you'll be surprised at how "full" you'll feel.
Happy Blending!
