Answer: I simply buy all of my hemp seeds. You can buy it as a whole seed, powdered, or pressed into oil. A great website to buy hemp seeds is iHerb.com. Hemp is a great plant that can be made into a lot of different products like paper, clothing, food, etc. People just abuse hemp like they abuse other useful products to get "high". I've heard that 1 acre of hemp can produce the same amount of paper as 4 acres of trees. Plus, hemp grows a lot faster. It is totally legal to buy and eat hemp seeds.
