Banana Yum Smoothie
Yummy Banana Smoothie
What you need:
1 banana
1 half a cup of strawberry jam*
1 cup of plain yogurt
half a cup of raw honey
2 cups of milk**
Blend all of the ingredients, except for the honey, in the blender for 40 seconds. Then add in a half cup of honey and blend for 10 seconds. Now you can enjoy your tasty smoothie!
*For the healthiest option, use jam that is sweetened with fruit juice or a healthy alternative.
**For people avoiding cow's milk and still want to drink this smoothie... try using almond milk, coconut milk, or rice milk. It would taste just as good.
